We understand that space is essential when travelling with children. Our spacious luxury family suites and rooms provide the perfect balance of comfort and luxury accommodation.

We offer rooms and suites with twin beds, additional rollaway beds available upon request*, separate living areas, and connecting rooms to ensure ample space for everyone.

Children’s Afternoon Tea

Treat your little ones to a delightful dining experience designed especially for guests aged 12 and under. This playful offering features a tempting selection of freshly baked pastries, warm scones, and a variety of kid-friendly sandwiches – perfect for smaller appetites and big smiles.

Available daily for in-house guests, and during school holidays and weekends for non-hotel residents, it’s an ideal way to make family time feel extra special.

This experience is priced at £50 per child. Advance booking is required with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Children Under 12 Dine for Free

Children aged 12 and under enjoy complimentary breakfast year-round.

 During UK school holidays**, children aged 12 and under dine for free for lunch or dinner when ordering from the children’s menu and accompanied by a paying adult when ordering a main meal at MICHAEL CAINES at The Stafford. One complimentary meal per child per paying adult.

Not available at The American Bar. This offer is also available throughout the year when booking the Family Getaway Offer.

The Stafford London is near to some of London’s most beautiful parks, where families can immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the outdoors just minutes from our five-star hotel.

Hyde Park, just a short walk away, offers vast open spaces and boating on the Serpentine, while Green Park provides a peaceful retreat for picnics and leisurely walks.

St. James’s Park, home to picturesque lakes and wildlife, is another nearby gem, offering stunning views of Buckingham Palace. Kensington Gardens is a family-friendly destination, offering plenty of open spaces, a fantastic playground, and a range of activities for children to enjoy.

* Rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional charge of £75.00 per night, inclusive of VAT, for adults aged 18 years and above; this charge does not include breakfast. Extra beds for children under 18 years old will be provided complimentary. Extra beds in The Penthouse and The Gatehouse are also provided complimentary as part of the revised rate. Baby cots are available complimentary upon request. Please note that extra beds cannot be provided in Classic rooms.
